Inclusive independent education in Saudi Arabia

At REIS, Kampus set out to create more than just another international school — we designed a new benchmark for inclusive independent education in Saudi Arabia. The campus masterplan balances Jeddah’s demanding climate and car-dependent context with a warm central heart space that fosters belonging and community.

Pride in their roots

From resilient façades that respond to dust storms, to landscapes that soften boundaries and bring nature into daily life, the school’s identity is woven through every detail. The result is a campus that feels welcoming, aspirational, and proudly rooted in its context.

Embracing neurodiversity

Inclusivity is at the core of REIS’s design, not an add-on. Escape spaces, active corridors, sensory-friendly interiors and meaningful breakouts are integrated to support neurodiverse learners, setting a new regional standard for SEND best practice.

Compassionate and competative

This is education design that is both compassionate and competitive: protecting investor value by ensuring the school is relevant yet different from its peers. For parents, teachers and students, REIS is a place of pride and belonging. For investors, it is proof of Kampus’ philosophy: schools must be designed differently, from the inside out, to unlock their full brand and experience value.
